2025-2nd Semester Tuition Installment Payment Guide

1. Guide to Applying for Installment Payments

• a. Application Period: 2025. 8. 18. (Mon) ~ 8. 21. (Thu)

  • ※ Applications are not permitted after the application period has ended.

• b. How to Apply:

  • Log in to the Portal System → Comprehensive Information → Registration & Scholarship → Apply for Installment Payment → Select the number of installments and click the "Apply" button.

• c. Number of Installments: You can select up to 4 installments.

  • 2 installments: 1st: 50%, 2nd: 50%

  • 3 installments: 1st: 50%, 2nd: 25%, 3rd: 25%

  • 4 installments: 1st: 50%, 2nd: 20%, 3rd: 20%, 4th: 10%

• d. Installment Payment Schedule:

2. Students Not Eligible to Apply

• a. Students planning to take a leave of absence for the 2025-2 semester.

• b. New students, transfer students, and re-admitted students (applies only to their first semester of admission).

3. Important Notes When Applying

• a. If the 1st installment is not paid, the installment payment plan will be automatically canceled.

• b. Failure to pay the full tuition amount by the final deadline will result in expulsion due to non-registration.

• c. If you need to cancel your installment plan because you are receiving a student loan, you must contact the Finance Office before paying the 1st installment.

• Scholarships, student loans, living expense loans, or pre-registration inquiries: Student Affairs Office (041-550-2813)

• Leave of absence or returning to school inquiries: Your respective department office.
